Dwane Long has been interested in the Remote Control hobby for most of his life and has been known to his friends and family as "the man with the answers" when it comes to RC. In 2002 he decided to try and make a living off his hobby and knowledge by opening Awesome RC Hobbies in Stafford, Virginia.

Now here we are, after 3 years in the business we are expanding. Last summer Dwane purchased three acres off of Route 17 to build the Awesome Recreational Facility. Currently the outdoor track has been completed and is open on weekends from 10:00 am until dark (weather permitting). The cost is $10.00 a day to play, or if your a Club Member its free.

Dwane has set future plans for this facility to include an indoor electric track, a heli try-out area and a huge showroom. Also included in the plans are party rooms to rent out for birthday parties.
